For this idea Stefano decided to purchase additional land surrounding his home in Pannesi.
The new land was born then the idea to engage in the breeding of a biological cycle snails and following a careful study of the various methods is selected the snail Helix Aspera Muller, one of the best tasting races.
Azienda Agricola La Lumaca Pannesina after an experience of about four years begins to get a product that meets the expectations of the company itself as well as dell’affezionata customers.
At the time this farm in province of Genova is able to provide medium-sized snails dry, bleed fasting and packaged in various denominations, from 1 pound up to a maximum of 10 pounds. Each package has a label with the weight, the batch and the collection day. Please remember that being a living product you can find some dead specimen while being very low percentage.
