CASA VINICOLA MONTOBBIO is located in Via Lavagello in Castelletto D’Orba in the province of Alessandria, in the heart of Monferrato was founded in 1980 founded by twins both oenologists graduates in Alba in order to continue the activity started by their father and before that by both grandparents.

One of the companies vitivinivole with a production of Monferrato wines composed of Barbera del Monferrato DOC, a red dry both classical and barricaded, Dolcetto di Ovada DOC, another red dry with a bitter aftertaste and almond, the Gavi DOCG, a white wine from Piedmont much appreciated abroad for its fine scent and finally DOCG Piedmont Cortese and Moscato DOCG.

Casa Vinicola Montobbio also produces an excellent single-grape grappa made from wine grapes of the finest Montobbio or Dolcetto of Ovada and Gavi, the distillation with copper still, in a water bath, which allows for a more intense fragrance and taste more fresh.
