These are aspects of Umbria to know in depth, to appreciate once again its peculiarities sitting at the restaurant.

Umbria has a rich variety of dishes and local products, attributable to the kitchen to the ground. Essential elements are the oil, especially the one coming from the area between Trevi and Spoleto, and the wine, Orvieto by whites and reds Martan mountains of Montefalco and dell’Amerino. Making a quick overview about other products and dishes, we can start from the bread “bland” and various buns (the “torta al testo” Perugia, the “crescia” Gubbio, the “pizza under lu focu” Terni) through the various dishes based on game (gnocchi with hare sauce, guinea fowl to “drip pan”, “birds” spit, pappardelle with wild boar) to meats from Norcia and its famous black truffle.
