Breeding cattle in Italy are widespread. These are scattered throughout the Italian territory and are of small, medium size. Farms in Italy are divided into two main categories: beef cattle farms and dairy cattle farms.
BREEDING CATTLE ARE AN ITALIAN HERITAGE OF MADE IN ITALY
The beef cattle breeding farms and grow cattle for slaughter and then here we could in turn split into two gills. The herds in the wild cattle and herds of cattle in the barn. Obviously are favorite meat from animals raised in the wild or feeding free in the pastures but also those raised in the stable are of excellent quality. Feed and fodder given to these animals are very often of excellent quality such as to ensure a high level of their meat. What happens with different meat imported from states where all the rules to which we must adhere are not followed.
The dairy cattle breed and grow cattle for milk production. This milk is then either sold raw or sent to supermarkets where it is pasteurized for distribution. From production of the milk cheeses are also made. Italy's largest producer of cheese, each region produces its typical cheeses made by our Italian cattle farms.
