It is a sale as it was time when you went to the pasta factory or directly from the pasta to buy fresh pasta. It was a direct purchase without any brokering.

DIRECT SALE HANDMADE PASTA

What we want to do in this section is to contact the manufacturer with the consumer without any brokering. It differs from the online sale  hand-made pasta because the producer and the consumer have to pay something for the brokerage. In many e-commerce businesses sometimes hold up to 50% for brokering. This falls partly on the producer and partly on the consumer. In our direct sale handmade pasta this does not happen. Here we deal with small and medium pasta factories, not the large distribution that follows other channels.
