Being defined or Italian organic farms is not a label that a biological manufacturer affixes. This is a certification that only appropriate body can certify. for example to be defined as a land or a biological cultivation it takes 5 years controls. This is because it is believed that cleaning up a plot by chemicals it takes 5 years without new issues.
