APICOLTURA ISCA E MURAS takes its name from the place where it was located baruminese the location of the main hives with the meaning Isca, riverbed and Muras, the name of the owning family ownership of land adjacent to the Mannu River. This farm family has dedicated nova years beekeeping with a strong passion for the world of bees.

The company always raises bees in a simple, feeding them and treating them exclusively according to traditional methods, in full respect of nature and craft traditions of this area.

– OUR HONEY –

The honey of Apicoltura Isca e Muras is extracted from the combs by centrifugal, it is then left to settle and mature for about ten days in special stainless steel containers. Following this stage the honey is put into jars in glass jars.

Since their beekeepers with a great experience, they offer their customers a trip in their hives to raise awareness and the world of bees by beaming its beauty and showing their work in contact with the bees. These tours are conducted according to the availability of the company and the climatic conditions.

Apicoltura Isca E Muras is also one of the most charming bed and breakfast in Italy, located in via Umberto in Barumini that offers an alternative idea for a vacation of wellness and nature. The bed and breakfast is located on the first floor, over to their point of sale, and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with television and a kitchen with a refrigerator and a fireplace. For the colder months there is also heating in the bedrooms. The 90sq.m structure houses four beds with the possibility of adding two beds for children.
