AZIENDA AGRICOLA BIOLOGICA CIAOLATTE is located in the hills of Parma, and is specialized in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano of superior quality. Milk production is processed directly in the farm dairy. All products are processed in compliance with the EC Biological Certification Regulation 2092/91.
We believe in the importance of a healthy, natural and balanced diet, always respecting the tradition, the territory and the environment. So our cheese makers, today as in the past, continue with loyalty and pride to make cheese only with milk, rennet, fire and art. All this is done by observing and applying secular and technical methods. Ciaolatte is among the best Italian dairies, as it produces an excellent Parmigiano Reggiano.
