AZIENDA AGRICOLA BIOLOGICA PASQUINI extends on land located in Località San Giovanni in Suvereto, in the province of Livorno. The history of this farm in Tuscany begins in the first half of the twentieth century. And continues today with many improvements and many satisfactions.
Great is the soils of the Azienda Agricola Biologica Pasquini, from which come to life their products, are located close to the river Cornia. And are cured and processed by this family since 1938.
Alvo in 1960 decided to buy the first seven hectares of land. In which the company begins its work with the breeding of cattle of the famous Chianina. This was until 1991 when Pierapolo with his wife Anna bought twenty hectares of land. And thy started to grow some vegetables.
In 2002 Azienda Agricola Biologica Pasquini begins to convert their land to organic farming method. And in 2004 the first greenhouse was built which allowed to extend the vegetable growing season. In 2010 however it was implanted the first orchard of peaches, plums, apricots and cherries. Which was later enlarged in 2012 with the introduction of apple and pear trees.

Being an organic farm uses, for the defense and crop nutrition, only naturally occurring products such as microorganisms, beneficial insects, plant extracts, salts and minerals. In addition, organic farming also involves the cultivation of species and varieties of which this territory is particularly suitable. A product can only be defined as organic if the manufacturer submits to the control of a body authorized certification by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Azienda Agricola Biologica Pasquini uses BioAgriCert of Bologna, one of the first certification bodies in Italy to deal with Organic.
