29AZIENDA AGRICOLA LE NOVELIRE consists of a land of seven hectares, three of which are planted with vines, two with olive trees and the last two with orchards, both peaches and apple trees. The company grounds are distributed in two different areas that lie just a few steps from via Bolgherese between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri.
Le Novelire is among the best farms in Tuscany. It rises in the locality of Campo alla Capanna in Castagneto Carducci in the province of Livorno. Azienda Agricola Le Novelire was founded in 1963 when the founder Bruno Micheletti bought the current estate for 9 million old lire.
Immediately this farm has distinguished itself for its genuine imprint and turned to a production of wine, olive oil and fruit according to the ancient rhythms of nature.
With the passing of the years and always in full respect for the environment, new vines were planted up to the current composition. It consists of white grapes including Vermentino, Trebbiano, Malvasia Candia and red grapes such as Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Malvasia.
BOLGHERI ROSSO DOC "Re Ludio"
Cabernet Sauvignon and Sirah. 11 months in French oak barrels. Limpid, impenetrable, even inked. Dense and concentrated ruby red color. Bright, flaming, bright reflections, with purple hues.
