Roots and tradition: the future of the earth is the innovation. A story that was born in 1916 from the determination and enthusiasm of a horticultural farmer, who purchase ‘a farm in Garagnone. This story is about the hands that caress land, studying time, the depth and every little detail so that they are made of typical products of High Walls.

In this sunny land, among olive trees it is one of the farms of Bari most important of our country. Farm Luigi Lorusso, with the production of lentils of Altamura, topped the charts in the Gambero Rosso so coming on the podium of the Italian culinary excellence.

Fourteen years ago we left with small amounts recovering this ancient and important crop. To love our land is to cultivate a legume that improves over time, a very high quality product, characterized by the homogeneity, by the color and the unmistakable scent.
