The Ivaldi cellar carries 12 hectares of vineyards, partly in Nizza Monferrato and partly in the common surrounding of Castel Boglione. The sunny exposure of plants on windy hills promises well-matured and healthy fruits every year, especially if side by side with clay soils, vine friends, and traditionally winning winemaking techniques.
