The Petite Arvine is a grape that is harvested at the end of October. Harvesting is carried out in small cassettes, brought to the cellar, pressed and left to macerate on the skins for two days, after it is squeezed and the controlled fermentation begins at a temperature not exceeding 18 °

For the Torrette superiore, a careful selection of the best grapes is carried out, a slight drying in small plastic cassettes, a slow maceration on the skins, then put in small oak barrels for a minimum of 3 months.
This wine is obtained with 100% Cornalin grapes, harvested late October, another very important autochthonous, cousin of the most populated Fumin, both of which are widely spread in Valle d'Aosta since the nineteenth century.
Obtained with 100% Fumin grapes, grapes harvested at the end of October / early November, slow maceration of 15/20 days at controlled temperature followed by malolactic fermentation and transfer into small oak barrels (Barriques) for a period of 3 months.
Among the Red wines DOC of the Aosta Valley, Chateau Feuillet Torrette Superieur is offered. A wine produced by selecting the best grapes, which are left to dry in plastic boxes. Afterwards, during a maceration period, it is placed in oak barrels for a minimum of 3 months.
