AZIENDA VITIVINICOLA FALCONIERI NUNZIO is located in Via Due Aie in Nardò in province of Lecce. Today run with passion by Gerardo and Nunzio falconers, dedicated to the recovery of ancient vineyards of the area, who gave so much fame to the territory of Nardo.
Azienda Vitivinicola Falconieri Nunzio covers 7 hectares of clay soils at 45 meters above sea level, including the territory of the IGP Salento, also in the districts and Hope Scraceta.
Azienda Vitivinicola Falconieri Nunzio produces excellent wines “Negramaro” (which is pinkish red), “Primitivo” and recently have been planted vineyards of “Montepulciano” that soon will give excellent red wines.
Especially popular is the “Rosso Speranza” (Red Hope):an IGT wine grapes negramaro also harvested in mid-September and planted a short distance from the beautiful park of Porto Selvaggio (Parco Naturale di Porto Selvaggio).

The harvest is entirely manual, the maceration lasts 20 days with numerous pumping over and, the fermentation takes place in steel using the most modern winemaking techniques and refinement of the product.
