BAGLIO INGARDIA, a company that produces and markets extra virgin olive oil and high quality wine. The Baglio Ingardia farm is located at the foot of Mount Erice, in the lush countryside of the province of Trapani.
Baglio Ingardia is today a large company that exclusively sells its own extra virgin olive oil and wine production. It is run by her daughter Mariella and her grandchildren Nicola and Salvatore, who follow with extraordinary care the production and marketing of their high quality products: Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Wines.
We quote that the production of extra virgin olive oil is obtained from native cultivars, Cerasuola, Nocellara and Biancolilla. They are cultivated exclusively according to traditional techniques. The olives, after being deflated and selected in the fields, are prayed daily within one hour of harvesting. This gives life to 4 types of extra virgin olive oil: a Blend, two Monovarietals and a DOP Trapanese Valli. Knowing that the latter is produced according to the current regulations. It is analyzed and certified by the Trapani Chamber of Commerce.
All Baglio Ingardia farm products are award-winning every year for high quality. For this reason, Baglio Ingardia is among the best oil producers in Sicily, as well as excellent Sicilian wine producers. In addition, the company is present in illustrated food and wine guides.

The origins of the Baglio date back to the 18th century when it was built by the Baron Todaro della Galia, which planted a lush olive grove of about 10 hectares. In the last century the property of the Ingardia family was subsequently extended to reach the currently cultivated area of over 30 hectares. Today the company has an extension of over 40 hectares. From what he has about. 30 cultivated with olive groves and equipped with a modern irrigation system served by an overflow. It is specially prepared and authorized by the competent bodies, and has a capacity of about 40,000 m3.
The company strongly believes in eco-sustainability. For this reason a reservoir has been prepared with a capacity of about 45,000 m3. It guarantees the necessary water resources during hot times and droughts. It also always keeps the quality of the fruit harvested from plants. All soils are cultivated using only organic fertilizers. Here is the practice of leguminous soles produced exclusively in the company, which are fundamental to the improvement, fertilization and soil protection.
