Caciosteria Umbra is among the best in Sestri Levante restaurants. Here it is paid special attention in the selection of products. The Chef, is lovingly dedicated to the grounding cuisine. Using the excellence of the fresh truffle of Gubbio. Cheeses that come directly from Foligno, Fossa cheese, Foja Walnut, Foja Fico. As well as cured meats like pork loin, liver sausage and prosciutto di Norcia.

The passion, the art for the kitchen and the extraordinary professionalism make it possible to try an excellent menu created by Chef especially for you. Among the main courses you should not miss strangozzi norcina, with long pasta without eggs, cream and sausage. Treatments include main dishes among which we find exceptional tenderloin with truffles and wine reduction.

Given the great success of a restaurant with typical Umbrian cuisine in Sestri, the same owners have opened a high place. In June 2017 the Bottega della Caciosteria was opened in Piazza Brigate Partigiane. A beer shop, wines, pastas, flours and typical Umbrian products.

Not the usual seafood restaurant, but a place that makes known the great tradition of the local cuisine. The peculiarity of Caciosteria, is to only prepare dishes with Umbrian products. Cheeses, cold cuts, from truffles to wine. The proposed regional cuisine is varied and full of surprises.
