Italian winery that boasts more than twenty years of experience and presence in the wine with the production of various wines of Sardinia, both red and white wines, dessert, fish or cutting or even fruit.
The wines that are produced in this cellar are fermented naturally and because of that they get to taste more intense and full-bodied, the Sardinian grape carefully selected ensures the wine to get the perfume very special.
The Cantine Dettori of Siffu family produces red wines and white wines sardinian completely natural .
Each operation both for the cultivation of vines that winemaking in the cellar are performed manually by the family Siffu respecting the ancient Sardinian traditions on wine production.
Cantine Dettori also produces organic wines obtained thanks to the natural processes, without adding sulphites or other types of chemical agents even yeasts or enzymes, nor solforososa and nothing stabilization.
The family Suffi offers an additional service to its customers, to receive the wine directly to their homes using special couriers shipping throughout Italy. The wines of this winery are also made available to farms, restaurants and community.
