The oranges grown are fresh, genuine and free from chemical residues. The peel is fine and fragrant with blond pulp. Its juice is abundant and the taste is very pleasant. Here we find an excellent relationship between sugars and organic acids. Furthermore, they contain a high content of vitamins and minerals. These oranges can be consumed as fruit, but can also be used in the kitchen for delicious recipes. The arcobaleno extra virgin olive oil is a naturally genuine oil. It comes entirely from selected olive groves. The olives are of the Biancolilla variety, which are harvested by hand and at the right point. The pressing is cold. The oil produced as well as subjected to simple decantation, maintains unchanged its precious organoleptic characteristics. An oil that contains unmistakable aromas and delicate flavors. This oil is not filtered and has an acidity of less than 0.5%.
