COOPERATIVA SOCIALE ALLE CASCINE ONLUS was born as a farm about thirty years ago in Via Delle Crociate in San Giuliano Milanese in the province of Milano and is on two different geographic areas before the campaign bunting and then Sardinia, the experience of this company has allowed to create a production line of high-quality craftsmanship to ensure genuine products and respecting the local traditions.

This cooperative is based on an educational process for which working hours are essential as they are consolidated in relationships, feelings, responsibility, attention to the surrounding reality and the ability to adapt to different situations.

In the greenhouses of the cooperative located in Maiano we are grown different flowers depending on the season. In the summer they grow annual and perennial plants such as petunias summer, the surfinie Zonal geraniums and those Parisians, the glass rods, New Guinea, the verbenas and begonias while in winter the Cyclamen, the poinsettias and chrysanthemums . In the period between winter and spring we are grown instead of colorful flowers such as violets, the Mammole and Primroses.

For this activity they are bred friesian cattle from which we derive a daily average of fifteen kilos of milk. From this milk it is produced a wide range of high-quality cheeses such as Taleggio Dop, the curds and Caciotta Dolce Granzetta to enhance and offer its customers the intense flavor of traditional bunting.
