Gustart was born thanks to the passion for truffles. The truffle shop in Reggio offers its customers the best fresh product. In addition to fresh truffles, we find first quality sauces. Truffles come mostly from the Emilian Apennines. Thanks to the knowledge of our territory, we are able to offer all types of truffle of highest value. We wish that any fresh or preserved truffle is a pleasure for your palate. Following the experience gained in our territory, research and collection is also being established in other Italian regions.
Creating a wide range of preserved products has been formed to meet even the most demanding customers who want to use such a precious product even when the harvest season ends. All of our products are handmade and thanks to the modern preservation techniques the qualities and flavor of truffles are maintained throughout the year.
SALSA TARTUFATA 80 gr.
Sauce to cook first courses and put on bread based on summer truffles and mixed mushrooms. Ingredients: champignon mushrooms, summer truffle, black olives, porcini mushrooms, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, vegetables, salt pepper, spices, capers, anchovies, aromas.
SALSA TARTUFO BIANCO 80 gr.
Sauce to cook first courses or bread. Based on white truffle and porcini mushrooms. Ingredients: porcini and champignon mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, cream, white truffle, white truffle, sunflower oil, herbs, butter, aromas.
OLIO TARTUFATO 250 ml.
Extra-virgin olive oil flavored with White Truffle. Ideal as a seasoning for croutons, hors d'oeuvres, first and second courses, omelets and as a base for all truffle dishes
CACIOTTA AL TARTUFO 300 gr.
Caciotta fresh cow milk with black truffle. Ingredients: Pecorino, Ricotta, Whipped Cream, Grain, Whitewash Tartar (tuber borchii vitt.) 5%, salt, aromas.
The store has an air of genuineness, quality and tradition. This is due to the wide variety of Italian foodstuffs: Emilian cured meats, artisan beers, selected wines, goat cheese and sheep or the famous Parmigiano Reggiano Vacche Rosse. Among the walls of the shop were mosaics belonging to the Roman era, of which you can enjoy photographic reproduction.
