In an intact and energetic landscape, over 28,000 olive trees, almost all centuries old, the Oleificio di Martina Shinosa produces olives capable of producing the best Italian oil. And it is right here, in the red earth that rises near the sea, where the climate is dry and mild in winter, an all-Italian excellence is cultivated.
The olive groves of the Schinosa oil mill are conducted with the most modern cultivation techniques. The production of extra virgin olive oil from Puglia with tradition and innovation. This gives life to quality products, tangible expressions of a territory and its history.
The Frantoio Schinosa is one of the best oil producers and olive oil producers of Puglia, which is able to deliver a product of highest quality as it takes care of the entire production chain. Among the EVO oils produced we mention the Monovarietale di Coratina. It is very rich in polyphenols and vitamin E, in which the tones of bitter and spicy are decided but well balanced.

Frantoio Schinosa Extra virgin olive oil from Puglia
Monovarietale di Peranzana is a delicate and lively oil. An appreciated blended among the company cultuivar in which the Nocellara del Belice variety prevails that gives the oil a delicate taste but above all pleasant aromas and herbaceous scents.
The olives are harvested with the right degree of ripeness and separated by type of cultivar. Then the road that runs is that of the company’s mill, where they are cold pressed (max 27 °) strictly within 12 hours of collection. In this way the nectar of olive does not undergo any filtration. After that it is kept in modern steel silos to be bottled if necessary.
The mill is enriched by a kitchen complete with all equipment and an elegant restaurant that can accommodate up to 100 people. The Schinosa restaurant, immersed in the centuries-old olive grove of Santa Perpetua, is available for catering events.
