OPIFICIO DEL GUSTO AOSTA  is a historic sandwich shop in Aosta. It was born in 2010 in the center of Aosta offering high quality products. Fassona Piedmont is a meat known for being tender and lean. This bovine breed has a very ancient history that dates back a few millennia ago when the native breed fused with Zebu from what is now Pakistan. This fusion started this precious bovine breed.

Irish Black Angus is a little fatty meat and cataloged as one of the best in the world. This bovine breed originates in Northern Scotland and is only raised with grass and fodder. The Wild boar does not have a hard and fibrous meat like that of wild boars. Bred wild boars have much more fat and keep due to poor movement. Similar to the pig but much more characteristic and great for grilling.
