A specialty of this Pomarance inn is Chianina and Cinta Senese meat. Only healthy and seasonal ingredients are selected and used, thus ensuring the flavor and taste of culinary tradition. Tasty are delicacies such as: finocchiara, sopressata and truffle salami.

Among the first we find pappardelle with chianina sauce. Or duck or wild boar. While for the second courses, the menu proposes the straw of wild boar, the tripe of Volterra.
