For the uninitiated, the term buatta, in Sicilian dialect means container.
Our container is immersed in a large fresco which the Baroque via Crociferi where we are located. A succession of churches and monasteries of the ‘700, already recognized heritage of’ Unesco. Just in this monumental complex it was born Buatta Catania. Modern location, with spaces that create a new and modern setting.
We are all inside of the Italian Restaurants and our added value relates only to the selection of producers who guarantee quality, respect for the land and tradition. In this regard, we are very careful about who has made food choices no animal derivatives, dairy and gluten. We cook the first in a creative and original materials, without altering the ingredients to maintain and is perceptible value. We chose to enter the brewery in our Buatta Brewery Buatta Catania. We propose only craft beer. Each beer label has its own specific character and its own level of creativity. Behind the scenes of every brewery there’s a story, and those who have chosen for you surely have a story to tell. Craft beer is something different, is non-pasteurized beer, produced without the use of preservatives and using quality ingredients, as well as every thing present in our menu.
