At ristorante Carpaccio Palermo, the Massimiliano Chef creates his dishes according to the Sicilian tradition. The restaurant offers to its guests a menu of fish and meat with excellent raw materials.
In the dining room we find Antonio, the father of the chef, which welcomes its guests with polite manners and dispenses advice on the various dishes. Now for the first courses we mention. Excellent linguine with sea bass with lemon, mint and tuna roe. Much appreciated the pasta with sardines. Finally fettuccine lido. They are composed of swordfish, mint and tomato eggplant.
By tacking on the main meat dish, we can choose the fake skinny. This dish is made from stuffed veal crumb, a pass, pine nuts, mortadella and tuma. All it linked with lasso and cooked in the sauce. While for the main fish dish, we find: fillet of sea bream in a potato crust with curly pulp. For those who want a plate of cold cuts, we point out that they are sliced with a flywheel slicer.
