THEODORA DISTILLATI is located in Salento, a land known for its precious fruits and wild herbs. And it is precisely in the Salento peninsula, in this land rich in flavors, that Theodora works with high quality artisan liqueurs and above all without preservatives.
Here in southern Puglia, between the Ionian Sea to the west and the Adriatic Sea to the east, myrtle, wild fennel, aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and apricots grow. These natural gifts have made the Mediterranean a land rich in flavor. We love our land, in fact we decided to give life to the Theodora Liquorificio Artigianale. Our liqueurs contain the aromas and flavors of the aromatic herbs of this land and are made in a traditional way.
In the liqueurs we find all the taste of the past combined with the notes of a symphony of fruits. Each distillate we produce is made with fruits and herbs that grow spontaneously in the surrounding areas. In this way we are able to obtain bitters with different flavors and aromas. We carefully select all the raw materials to create the right balance of the flavors of our liqueurs. In addition to the production of artisanal liqueurs and liqueurs, Theodora makes a vast assortment of creamy jams and artisan jams. To decide the flavors and times of our products is nature itself, with the succession of seasons. There are different tastes of jams that we can buy and their particularity is that they do not contain dyes, chemical agents and preservatives.
