VINI BACCU are produced by the Melis Winery. They are processed in a land known all over the world, as the largest producer of noble wines. The land we are mentioning is Trexenta, in Sardinia. A land where there is still space for the production of quality wines.

Cantina Melis owns about 15 hectares of young dry vineyards of different qualities, such as Sirah, Merlot, Bovale, Cannonau, Vermentino and Nuragus.

Here the focus on high quality production is rigorous. In fact we find ourselves in the presence of the best wine producers in Sardinia. To know that 2012 was the springboard for the production of Baccu wines. In fact, about 8,500 liters of wine were produced, of which 40% worked in purity and the rest finished with a careful and controlled vinification of very high quality musts.

Baccu is a young, intense, persistent wine with a good body. A wine that should be drunk young because it comes from a completely natural process. To know that any sediments testify to the genuineness of the product. Its geographical indication is Tipica, therefore IGT. A full-bodied young wine, structured with elegant hints of berries. It is excellent paired with roasted and stewed red meats, game, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.

ISOLA DEI NURAGHI IGT "Bagasseri"
