VINI CASARINI produces with great passion and respecting the land of its own vines, white, red and sparkling wines from Oltrepò Pavese. The company has been present on the territory of Borgoratto Mormorolo for 150 years and covers an area of 14 hectares with vineyards of the best quality.
Valentino and Rosanna are the current owners and managers of Vini Casarini. They were born into a family linked to their territory. Casarini Vini is spread over an area of 14 hectares. It is entirely cultivated with vineyards of the best qualities of grapes characteristic of the Oltrepò Pavese. A wine of the great tradition of Bonarda is also cultivated. The wines are Barbera, Pinot Nero, Italic Riesling, Chardonnay and Moscato.

BONARDA OLTREPO' PAVESE
At the sight it is red purple with excellent chromatic intensity; on the nose you can see generous hints of ripe red fruit, especially blackberry. The palate reproduces the olfactory notes and is accompanied by a lively and pleasant tannin, soft and balanced with a dry finish.
RIESLING OLTREPO' PAVESE
The alcohol content is 12.5% and should be served between 8 ° and 10 ° C. With a straw-yellow color, the nose is fresh, delicate and intense with aromas reminiscent of fresh fruit and white flowers.
It shows a bright pink color. The nose has fruity notes that recall the pomegranate and elegant floral hints of rose. It has a good acidity and minerality with a good final persistence.
This is the IGT Moscato of the "Aurum" Province of Pavia, coming entirely from the Muscat vine. It is a light wine with an alcohol content of 5% with a recommended serving temperature of 8 ° C. The color is bright yellow with golden reflections.
