Tourism in Friuli Venezia Giulia is an important voice of the economy, stand the seaside resorts of Lignano Sabbiadoro and Grado, the old town of Udine and the numerous farmhouses scattered 'throughout the region. In winter are very visited the Alpine resorts like ski resorts Monte Zoncolan, Forni di Sopra, Forni Avoltri, and Ravascletto Sauris in Carnia, Sappada Tarvisio, Sella Nevea, Piancavallo and Claut.
