Among the first courses we announce the homemade pasta with sausage and mushrooms, ricotta ravioli or meat and paccheri with chickpeas and shrimp cream. As a second course the sausage trio: veal, pork and beggar, a rich fat meat and slightly spicy. Others are cardoncelli roasted mushrooms and pignata.
